Our mission is to provide women comprehensive support as they navigate and grow from the process of separation, reconciliation and/or divorce.

SAS is a private company that offers women strategic information, action-oriented coaching, and expert resources and tools to further their practical and personal development.

About the founders

Kimberly Mishkin, an educator of nineteen years and a former administrator for The Spence School, is dedicated to educating and empowering women. She holds a BA in Education from Miami University, a MS in Science Education from Wright State University, and is licensed in Educational Leadership through The Ohio State University. Kim is a certified Grief Recovery Specialist ® with The Grief Recovery Institute®. She is currently in training as a disaster responder with the American Red Cross. Kim is also an active member of The American Businesswoman's Association, The NYC American Businesswoman's Association, and the Manhattan Chamber of Commerce. Kim was divorced after 13 years of marriage.

 

Liza Caldwell is an educator and certified professional coach committed to developing strategies and providing resources that inspire women and girls through adversity to growth. She has taught in New York City public and private schools including the single-sex flagship, Young Women’s Leadership School; and she has directed leadership development programs in Higher Education for the national nonprofit Leadership Enterprise for a Diverse America (LEDA) and in Haiti with the international organization All Hands Volunteers. She is a summa cum laude graduate of Fordham University and holds an MA in education from Columbia University’s Teachers College. Trained in transformational coaching with the faculty of Leadership That Works, Liza is certified by the International Coach Federation (ICF).  Divorced after 17 years of marriage, Liza is a single parent and the proud mother of two accomplished young women.
