About SAS for Women

Support. Guidance. Transformation. Since 2012.

At SAS for Women, we believe that the end of a marriage is not just an ending—it can be the beginning of profound self-knowledge. Since 2012, we’ve helped thousands of women worldwide move through the complex emotional and practical realities of divorce with dignity, compassion, and intelligence.

.

We are not divorce advocates. We are advocates for women’s education, empowerment, and informed choice. Whether you’re wondering “should I divorce?”, are deep in the thick of it, or recovering from this life crisis, we are here to help you explore your options, weigh your values, and decide what is best for you and your family.

.

A Smarter, Kinder Approach to Divorce

Founded by divorced women, educators, and certified divorce coaches, SAS (“Support and Solutions”) was created to fill a critical gap: offering women holistic, smart, and emotionally intelligent divorce coaching tailored to their unique circumstances.

Our goal is not to push you in one direction, but to help you become the most informed woman in the room.

Through one-on-one private coaching, group programs, and curated free divorce resources, we meet you exactly where you are.

.

Our work is rooted in the belief that divorce recovery for women is about more than just completing the legal checklists—it's about rediscovering your voice, your values, and your vision for the future.

For many women, it’s the first time they’ve paused to ask: Who am I, and who do I want to become?

Our Signature Divorce Support Group Programs

Named after the first woman to divorce in North America in 1643, Anne Clarke, Annie’s Group®  is our live, online group coaching program for women thinking about divorce or separation. Created and led by SAS Cofounder and Director, Liza Caldwell, Annie’s Group offers expert insights, empowering classes, support group meetings, and emotional validation from a sisterhood of women seeking answers to the same questions you are. A key outcome of Annie’s Group is learning about your specific choices and your vetted plan for how to change things for the better.

.

For women in the middle of a divorce or a legal separation, our Frida’s Group® is a live, virtual group program, where it's safe to experience, explore, and learn what you need emotionally and what you require practically. A six-month program of 12 lively, ninety-minute Zoom meetings and 6 Sister Partner Meeting Scripts, Frida’s Group is guided by our very own CDC Divorce Coach & Expert Women's Circle Leader, Dori Braddell.

.

Paloma’s Group®  is designed for women who, seeking the support of community and other women like them, are rebuilding their most intentional lives after divorce. Honoring your internal and external worlds, your emotional and practical parts, this six-month program focuses on understanding grief and taking steps to reclaim the narrative of your story, learning what healing truly is, confidence-building, relationships, career, and financial rebuilding, and aligning your next chapter with the truth of who you are now.

.

Private Divorce Coaching for Women

For women who prefer direct, confidential, one-on-one support, SAS for Women offers private divorce coaching. These sessions are tailored to your specific situation and needs—whether you are still exploring the questions (or wondering what you don’t know), or gathering information, stuck, deep in the legal process, or recreating your best life on the other side of the bridge. SAS helps you feel anchored and normalized as we co-create your next, healthiest, and most strategic steps.

.

Our Reach and Recognition

Over the past decade, SAS has supported women from more than 143 countries. Our work has been featured by The New York Times, Financial Times, The Wall Street Journal, Porter Magazine, HuffPost, and other major media outlets. We are honored to be recognized for our unique voice in the field of divorce advice and our compassionate, intelligent approach to empowerment for women.

.

Our coaching team brings decades of personal experience and professional training across education, law, finance, parenting, and mental health. This allows us to offer a 360-degree perspective—empowering women to make decisions that are emotionally wise, financially informed, and deeply personal.

.

For the Independent Woman

SAS for Women is a place for the independent woman—or the woman who is becoming one. Whether you stay or leave, whether you're certain or still searching, you deserve to understand your choices. Our role is to walk beside you, not lead you away from or toward anything—but inward, toward yourself.

.

If you are navigating divorce or simply exploring what’s possible, we invite you to connect with us and to know that there is no “right” path—only the one that is right for you.
