"Pre- & Post-Nuptial Agreements"

Shifting from taboo to a practical tool

Wednesday, February 11, 2026
12–1:00 pm EST

11-12 pm CENTRAL / 10-11 am MOUNTAIN / 9-10:00 am PACIFIC / 5-6:00 pm GMT

Let's acknowledge that conversations about pre-nuptial and post-nuptial agreements can feel uncomfortable—or even taboo.
Yet, today, more women are asking thoughtful, proactive questions about financial clarity, expectations, protection, and long-term planning.

We invite you to learn more as well.

If you are thinking about divorce, navigating it, rebuilding after divorce, or remarrying, this conversation is especially relevant.

If you know someone who is getting married (your child, your grandchild, your friend?), you'll want to share this information with them.

Join us for a clear, practical discussion designed to help you understand what prenup and postnup agreements are, how they work, and why they are becoming more common.

During this session, we’ll explore:

Why pre- and post-nuptial agreements are increasingly used

How shifting attitudes toward financial preparedness are changing the conversation

Why recognizing the economic value of a stay-at-home partner matters

How these agreements can respectfully clarify expectations

What it means to plan within changing legal frameworks

Who are good candidates for these agreements

How to broach this conversation with your partner or loved one

Thinking about divorce
Separating or divorcing
Rebuilding life after divorce
Remarrying after divorce
Marrying, or parents or friends of people
who are getting married
We hope you’ll join us for this important and EMPOWERING conversation.
